The GPS program allows veteran women professionals, relatives, associates, teachers, mentors or complete strangers to purchase a ticket for a young woman (age 17-24) with creative or professional aspirations of working in the music industry. These young women, who may not be able to afford conference tickets, will be able to receive them through the GPS program.
